Ever since I was a child, I knew I wanted to help others.  Growing up in East New York, I witnessed a lot of traumatic events, but overcame them by changing the way I perceived the events.  I realized that if I was able to overcome my past, I can help others overcome their past too.  This was when I realized that my life’s purpose was to help others heal their minds. 
My life’s mission led me into the mental health profession with a specialty in traumatology, as well as depression and anxiety.  I have dedicated my time staying informed with the most up to date research and evidence based practices.
As a licensed Mental Health Service Provider in the Kissimmee/ Orlando area, I am committed to the well-being of all my patients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs.
I truly care for all of my clients, and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. Since 2009, I have worked with a variety of patients dealing with traumatic experiences such as gun violence, domestic violence, and physical and sexual abuse. In addition to trauma, I address depression, anxiety, parenting, grief, adjustments to life changes, and caregivers coping with caring for a child with chronic medical illness.
