Using Yoga To Cope With Stress

Yoga is known to be very helpful when coping with stressful memories.  During a stressful experience, the two brain hemispheres becomes detached allowing for splitting and self-perseverance.  However, all too often following the stressful experience, the two hemispheres remains detached and functioning independently.  Yoga allows for both hemispheres to interact with each other; helping to heal and reconnect .
